Salesforce Cloud Developer

The Salesforce Developer’s role is to create Salesforce applications and tools that will help our customers efficiently grow their business.

Responsibilities

  • Develop solutions on the Salesforce platform primarily in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Community Cloud. Including but not limited to: workflows, process builder, triggers, batch jobs, lightning components, visual flows and integrations to third party applications via API (web services – REST/JSON).
  • Define innovative solutions to improve usage of Salesforce and support business requirements.
  • Analyze complex business problems to be solved with the Salesforce system.
  • Understands all aspects of Salesforce configuration and technical/functional capabilities.
  • Communicates regularly with the Salesforce Business owner, IT solution team, and other stakeholders to ensure functionality meets field needs and to develop ongoing project plan.
  • Review project requirements and bid specifications, recommend various design solutions and assist in the planning, commissioning and documentation of these solutions.
  • Support, with his expertise, other departments (technical publications, user documentation, maintenance engineering, training, etc.).

Requirements 

  • MANDATORY: Based in Montreal, QC, Canada. We do not finance or subsidize relocation.
  • MANDATORY: Fluent in French and English.
  • MANDATORY: Salesforce developer certification(s) (such as Platform App Builder, Platform Developer I and II, B2C Commerce Developer, etc.).
  • Salesforce Apex experience: 2 years
  • Salesforce Visualforce experience: 2 years
  • Bachelor degree in computer science, engineering OR equivalent.
  • Proven skillset when it comes to creating workflows, triggers, objects, layouts, profiles, permissions, reports.
  • Experience in administrating and developing Salesforce solutions.
  • Experience in defining requirements, developing and validation software and Cloud solutions.
  • Technical writing.
  • Autonomous, Organized and ability to manage and prioritize tasks effectively while working toward aggressive deadlines.
  • Initiative, responsibility and a quick learner.
