Salesforce Administrator

The Salesforce administrator’s role is to configure Salesforce applications and tools that will help our customers efficiently grow their business.

Responsibilities

  • Own the customization of Salesforce products (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Pardot, CPQ) and develop relationships with customers, in collaboration with our business analysts, to define the project requirements and optimize and enhance their solutions.
  • Help design, document and maintain solutions and system processes.
  • Report on common sources of technical issues or questions and make recommendations to the product team.
  • Test and validate the solution and verify it meets customer requirements.
  • Manage ongoing support requests and administrative needs of users.
  • Implementation and customization of 3rd party add-ons (AppExchange).
  • Define innovative solutions to improve usage of Salesforce and support business requirements.
  • Analyze complex business problems to be solved with the Salesforce system.
  • Able to identify key business requirements with minimal information by quickly identifying key players and asking the right questions.
  • Understands all aspects of Salesforce configuration and technical/functional capabilities.

Requirements 

  • MANDATORY: Based in Montreal, QC, Canada. We do not finance or subsidize relocation.
  • MANDATORY: Fluent in French and English.
  • MANDATORY: Certified Salesforce Administrator.
  • MANDATORY: 2+ years experience on the Salesforce platform.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce Community Cloud is a plus.
  • A university degree in IT / Computer Science / Software engineering / Business administration / Business Technology Management OR an equivalent degree or level of experience.
  • Advanced skills with workflows, process builder, custom objects, layouts, permission sets profiles and reports.
  • Experience with complex Salesforce architecture and integrations.
  • Team player with strong verbal and written communication, and leadership skills.
  • Customer focused while keeping SOLJIT’s interests in mind as well.
  • Autonomous, organized and ability to manage and prioritize tasks effectively while working toward aggressive deadlines.
  • Initiative, responsibility and a quick learner.
