Director, software business analyst
We are looking for a leader to take charge of some of our key solutions and take full ownership of the success of these offerings. We are looking for a unique individual that will have the drive and passion to expand our business and reap the benefits of such growth. You will be a team leader, product owner, project leader and business analyst for the latest cloud software solutions deployed for our North American customers.
The director and software business analyst will be the vital link between our customers and our development teams to ensure the successful completion of analytical, building, testing and deployment of our technical cloud business solutions. Our ideal candidate has strong technical skills and excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and to translate business data into digestible information that improves corporate processes.

Business owner for his solutions and an active player in the overall growth of SOLJIT.
Own and develop relationship with customers, working with them to define the project requirements and optimize and enhance our solution (both customer projects and SOLJIT products).
Help design, document and maintain solutions and system processes.
Report on common sources of technical issues or questions and make recommendations to the product team.
Lead and communicate key project requirements to the solutions development team. Test and validate the solution and verify that it meets customer requirements.
Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve monitoring, discover issues and deliver high-value products to the customer.
Identify business trends using real data, compile analysis reports that are delivered to developers and follow-up on all results.
Implement a comprehensive management plan for each project and hold regular stakeholder meetings to keep all interested parties updated in project progress.
MANDATORY: Based in Montreal, QC, Canada. We do not finance or subsidize relocation.
MANDATORY: Perfect spoken and written English. Strong spoken and written French an asset.
Required experience: Relevant Software, IT and business experience: 10 years or more.
A university degree in IT / Computer Science / Software engineering / Business administration / Business Technology Management.
Previous experience in Business / Systems Analysis.
Previous experience in defining, developing or testing software solution.
Proven experience in eliciting customer requirements and testing.
Deep knowledge of web and Cloud technologies.
Experience in leading the implementation of Enterprise Cloud software is a MUST.
Experience with Cloud platforms like Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, Power BI, Salesforce, OpenText, Alfresco, and OpenText, is a plus.
Salesforce certification is a plus.
