As IT Recruiter, you are responsible to lead all activities related to recruitment, as well as participating in other human resources activities. You will work in close collaboration with the company’s management team, as well as the Director or Finance, and the Human Resources Manager.

Defining, managing and executing the company’s recruitment process, including:
Being an ambassador of our culture and brand with candidates.
Writing and publishing job descriptions.
Recruitment, including reaching out to people with suitable profiles.
Receiving and filtering resumes.
Doing first interviews.
Send and analyze psychometric tests.
Coordinating 2nd and 3rd interviews with the management team.
Explain and show the value of the tangible and intangible benefits of working for our company.
Working in close collaboration with people in charge of company projects to be able to find suitable candidates at the right time.
Working in close collaboration with people in charge of employee onboarding to ensure a smooth and human transition between recruitment, start or work, and career development plan.
Participate in other tasks related to human resources, including those mentioned above.
Participate in defining company values and culture.
Improve the human resources process of the company.
MANDATORY: Based in Montreal, QC, Canada. We do not finance or subsidize relocation.
