Michael Kassab

Michel Kassab, ENG., MBA, PMP

CEO, Partner

Founder and CEO of SOLJIT since 2009, Michel Kassab has over 20 years of experience in software development and project management in the telecommunications, transportation and cloud industries. As an experienced software architect and business strategist, he understands the crucial role played by technology in today’s business world. Michel is passionate about using technology to foster business intelligence, strategy and sustainable development. He shares his passion of technology and innovation within SOLJIT to make sure that every project is a successful one. Michel holds a Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from the University of Sherbrooke as well as an MBA from HEC Montreal. He is also PMP certified from the PMI Institute.

Louis Nicolas Hamer

Louis-Nicolas Hamer, ENG.

VP Customer Solutions, Partner

Louis-Nicolas Hamer has over 15 years of experience in bringing innovative wireless and software solutions to market in telecommunications, security, and facility automation. As an experienced entrepreneur, he shares his expertise with promising start-ups as an angel investor and member of Anges Quebec. Before joining SOLJIT as a partner, Mr. Hamer’s previous business endeavour was in the SCL Elements (2010) start-up, which developed and commercialized the CAN2GO line of multi-protocol wireless and wired controllers for building automation. The company was acquired 3 years later by French multinational Schneider Electric, where Mr. Hamer held global business development and solutions roles until 2015. Before 2010, Mr. Hamer cofounded Eco2Max, an engineering firm specializing in energy efficiency in buildings, and held RandD and product management positions at Nortel and at Verint. Mr. Hamer is an engineer and an accredited LEED professional. He is the author of two United States patents and a contributor to numerous 3GPP (3rd Generation Partnership Project) and Internet standards (IETF). He also volunteers for the MS Society of Canada.

David Lamarche

David Lamarche, B.A., MBA

VP Marketing

David Lamarche has over 12 years of experience in marketing, communications, public relations, customer experience and UX design, both in startups and Fortune 500 companies. Previous professional highlights include launching and marketing products with Schneider Electric; growing product line revenues from $4M to $20M in 3 years. With the same company, he went on to define the customer experience of its global smart home program, encompassing the mobile app design, marketing, packaging and web strategy for product portfolios in North America, Europe and Australia. Mr. Lamarche was also Director of Marketing and Communications for the SCL Elements start-up, managing all marketing and PR activities, up until the successful acquisition of the company by Schneider Electric. Mr. Lamarche holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies and Political Science from Concordia University (Montreal), and an MBA in Business Intelligence Strategy from EGE / ESLSCA (Paris, France).

Hichem Bahig

Hichem Bahig has more than 14 years of experience in software development over which he has developed applications and solutions for e-commerce, aerospace, transport, bike sharing, project management and quality control. Before joining SOLJIT, Mr. Bahig worked for IBM, Hyundai, Motorola, CAE, Kalida Technologies, KGRA and others. He is proficient in a wide variety of software tools, programming languages, operating systems and frameworks. Mr. Bahig uses his broad technical expertise and cross-sector experiences to effectively lead development teams to meet and exceed customer expectations. Mr. Bahig is trilingual and holds a Bachelor’s degree in computer science from University of Quebec in Montreal (UQAM).

Suraj Rajoria

Suraj Rajoria has over 12 years of experience in software and cloud solution development and implementation, product development and business development. He has more than 8 years of experience specifically in the Salesforce ecosystem; completed 6 Salesforce certifications, contributed to deliver over 90 projects, and was a solution architect in over 30 projects. Prior to SOLJIT, Suraj worked with Appirio, where he led delivery teams working on the Salesforce.com platform. Throughout his career, he has also worked for businesses across Canada, the USA, the UK and Japan.

Account Executive

Ryan Hanrahan has over 5 years of experience in sales both direct and through channel partners with a focus on complex security software solutions deployed both on premises and in the Cloud. Over the years he has held several positions ranging from Sales Coordinator, to International Channel Partner Manager. He has namely worked for Hitachi-ID Systems and Fastenal Canada. Mr Hanrahan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology with an Honors distinction for his psychophysics research at Concordia University (Montreal, Canada) and the University of New South Wales (Sydney, Australia).

Sandiago Oyola

Santiago Oyola, B.Sc., B.A.A.

Senior Financial Analyst

Santiago Oyola has over 8 years of experience in accounting and finance, with more than 4 years implementing accounting systems including SAGE Financials, Sage 300 and Sage 50. Mr. Oyola has put his financial expertise at work in many sectors, including banking, technology, education, government and consulting, for Accenture, LCI Education, Alternative Capital Group, Environment Canada and others. Mr. Oyola earned a Bachelor of Economic Sciences from the University of Quebec in Montreal (UQAM), and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Professional Accounting from HEC Montreal. He is also CCVM certified.

Jean Brice Liddle

Jean-Brice Liddle has been working in the financial and big data sectors for over 12 years, namely with the well-known credit rating and consumer data agency Equifax, where he was successively senior account specialist, business process analyst, and business analyst. Mr. Liddle has overseen multiple major critical system implementations with Salesforce and other enterprise solutions. He is an expert at gathering and documenting business and functional requirements, creating user stories, elaborating and executing test cases, testing systems, writing training documentation, as well as training users.

Senior Business Analyst

Vincent Turcot has over 14 years of experience in marketing and CRM platforms, working in telecom, banking, consumer retail and entertainment. He has lead national and international CRM and marketing campaigns for large groups, maximizing their reach and results by leveraging best-in-class Cloud solutions. Over the years he has namely worked for Cirque du Soleil, Aldo, Rogers Communications, National Bank of Canada and Desjardins. Mr. Turcot holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing and IT, from the Université du Québec à Montréal (UQAM).

Frank has over 20 years of experience in Business Analysis, software development and platform customization. He holds 10+ Salesforce certifications and Superbagdes, and has worked on large scale projects in a wide variety of industries, including Banking, Energy, Transport, and Life Sciences / Pharma, for companies such as Merck Frosst and CN Rail. He has also worked on public sector and parapublic projects in Canada and abroad.

Business Analyst and Salesforce Administrator

Apurva is a highly skilled, and certified, Salesforce Administrator and Business Analyst. Based in Montreal, her previous experience includes customizing Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud instances. She has worked on projects of all sizes, including supporting over 600 Salesforce users at BMO (Bank of Montreal). Apurva holds a degree in Professional Financial Services from Fanshaw College in London, Ontario.

Mihai Jurian has over 7 years of experience developing software and applications, including 4 years focused on Salesforce development and administration. He has a customer-centric project approach, and has worked with a wide variety of technologies, programming languages and databases. Mr. Jurian stays up to date with the latest developments in the industry, and currently holds 7 Salesforce certifications. Over the years he has namely worked for Deloitte, Yellow Pages and the National Film Board of Canada. Mr. Jurian is a Computer Science graduate from the University of Montreal.
